My family room with balcony, a double bed, as example was enjoyable. Location: the hotel was right by a great shopping centre with Woolworths, Aldi and Chemist Warehouse, the restaurant and post office.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the rooms. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean sheets and basic amenities provided. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed in an industrial area. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained, with one Queen-sized bed and a single bed and a double bed in the cupboard. The breakfast options were also a great addition.
While there were a few minor issues, overall everything was ok.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a generous amount of tea/coffee and milk. the hotel's location was great, close to a shopping center and with plenty of free parking on-site. An indoor heated pool and an ice rink were also nearby, perfect for entertainment.
The room could benefit from some improvements, such as newer carpets and the addition of a shower caddy or soap holder. the lack of room service and having to ask for clean towels was inconvenient.

The view from our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the nearby beach. It was also convenient that there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was decent.
The room smelled like smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were not clean. We also had trouble with the air conditioning, which was noisy and emitted a strange smell. we were very disappointed with our romantic getaway.

Located close to a shopping center, great for those who want to dine at the bistro and enjoy the $10 lunch specials. Unbeatable prices and lots of free onsite parking. the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. the staff in the bar are friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay.
Some aspects of the hotel seem to be lacking. the receptionist during check-in was not as helpful as she could have been, and the window glass in the front entrance of the room was cracked and needed repair.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel is conveniently located in an industrial area, close to everything we needed. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were sufficient for our stay. The rooms, though they had not been cleaned in months aside from clean sheets, were comfortable and had a good arrangement with a single bed and a double bed. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.
Despite our positive experience, there is room for improvement.
